DESPERATION is running rampant in city hall.

They can twist, turn, lie and cheat - and maybe they will win. Justice is not always served this day in time.

But, Floresville citizens will lose. Even the family and friends of these officials will lose. It will also hit their pocket books in the end.

DTR made a statement that really disturbed me -he said - "We will win AT ALL COST".

That is a very telling and shocking statement.
