Flyguy Adkins September 15, 2012 9:12pm	Lot of budget comments but am I the only one that thinks the council violated the Texas Open Meeting Act when they approved the motion made by Councilwoman Castillo on the agenda item concerning tax exemptions for property owners over 65? The agenda item did not contain the language to include a ceiling but I believe her motion included a ceiling. The Mayor tried to add Halletsville to the agenda item concerning the acceptance of vouchers but was reminded that the issue would have to be reposted. So why didn't the attorney or city manager repost the addition of a ceiling for property owners 65 years or older?
