Help Wanted

Class A or Class B CDL drivers: Seeking highly motivated Class A or B CDL drivers for concrete batch plant in Wilson County. Employee must possess a valid and current CDL. Employee will be required to pass a drug test as terms of employment. Operations will usually begin at 7:00 a.m., but may start as early as 3:00 a.m. Mon.-Fri. Overtime may be required. CCSCT, a private non-profit, is seeking a part-time driver (25 hours per week) for its Aging Nutrition Program in Floresville. Applicants must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a driver and bilingual preferred, but not required. Applicant must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check. Applications can be picked up at 1519 3rd St. or can be completed online at www.ccsct.org. Starting pay is $8.46 hour.

Mayor, let's talk about lies. Did Flores and Castillo have to get attorneys for your lawsuit? And, why wasn't Gomez named if he was still on the council? Was this nothing more than a political ploy that cost the taxpayers thousands of dollars in legal fees? Once the petition was presented, didn't you say we would take it to a vote? I don't think it's on the ballot. And, didn't you get on the blogs and say the sports complex was off the table? Isn't it still pending with the FEDC? Quen es el mentiroso???????
