Eric, or should I say "Chris". If our murder suspect had committed suicide less than a half mile from the murder scene, it probably would have been solved in less than 48 hours also. But I suspect you already know this, but you would have people think an extensive investigation was conducted to solve the Atascosa murder when in fact the coward shot himself. And it is shamefull for you to use this horrible tragedy in Atascosa County to solicit votes. I can tell you this for a fact. Sheriff Tackitt nor any of his supporters would use those type of tactics...they have to much integrity. And don't confuse my blog with a solicitation for Sheriff Tackitt, I'm merely responding to your attack on Wilson County Law enforcement.
