The coach I speak of was fresh out of college when I was in High school. He left because the athletic director he worked under was fired and he couldn't handle that. The new athletic director and head football coach at the time was successful in comparison to other coaches that have come through F.H.S. As a matter of fact The current athletic director left to coach in your neck of the woods and later returned to Floresville.
