Not knowing the present set up of the communications
system of the CIA, it's hard to arrive at a firm
conclusion. From what I have read, the request was
made to the CIA ops, whatever that means. If the request
was made to the situation room in the White house, then
we have a whole slew of responsible persons with the
President at the head. It's possible that the CIA ops
was operating from the situation room. I really hope
we get some answers.
