It doesn't matter who is actually responsible. The President is the boss and is utimately responsible. One of the biggest problems that I have is that Obama could have made 1 phone call and got someone to get him the answer lickety split. But, he doesn't want to know anything about the attack until after November 6. Just playing politics with peoples lives. Those 4 people that died were merely an inconvenience to obama, nothing else. I suspect this has been the most devious, underhanded, non transparent administration in history.
