Fox News is not an actor. It is a conduit of information. CBS reported the emails that surfaced. Are they actors too? Did they create the emails or just report on them? Dan Rather has been an actor in prior elections. He makes sh*t up. If Dan Rather had produced the emails, not that he would, there could be some speculation as to their veracity. Chris Mathews becomes an actor when he says he "get's a thrill up his leg" looking at Obama. See the difference? Chris Mathews wouldn’t produce the emails or any reporting that didn’t make the Messiah look like, well, the Messiah, or anything except glowing reports that the Messiah is winning by a landslide and the World loves Obama. That is why his ratings are lower than HeeHaw reruns.

So, we have an as yet unnamed “source on the ground” and the CIA spokesperson as actors. We know the CIA is in the business of disinformation. That is their job, or part of it.

Secondly, the director of the CIA, Patraeus, has a rather vested interest in saving the bacon of his boss until after the election, should his boss somehow pull out a miraculous win, thereby saving his own job.
Plus, he also has a vested interest in saving his own reputation, tarnished as it already is by the abject failure of his counter insurgency warfare theory or, as it should be called, "Repeating the Mistakes of Vietnam".

So, who might be the lying actor, or, to be more politically smarmy, who is being inaccurate?
