Only from the interviews that I have seen with the father and video of H. Clinton and Joe Biden with the dad. There was live video from the scene and there were pleas from the ambassador and Navy Seal Tyrone Woods asking for help. There are a couple of possibilities about why their pleas for help were answered with "Stand Down." 1. Someone is lying 2. Those in command did not want to make a decision 3. No one in the White House knew what was going on, which means total incompetence. Take your pick. Because something is reported on Fox News does not make it untrue. It only means that other news media choose to ignore anything that would make their candidate look bad.
