PRAIRIE GROUCH GRAND PRAIRIE TX November 1, 2012 6:04am	Glen......23% tax on all new goods and services. Sounds similar to the value added tax in Europe with only difference being the point at which the tax is collected. How's is that working out ? Of course, your proposal provides rebates to a certain group which erases fairness in the Fair Tax. Have you considered the interest charges that would be incurred by persons buying new cars and homes ? The only FAIR TAX is a flat tax rate that applies to all Americans who receive any type of income with the same tax percentage for all citizens. No exemptions.
