Be Careful Floresville, TX November 2, 2012 8:45am	I think Romney will get 51% but I am still looking at the electoral college as it is to close to tell. Reagan only won with 50.7% of the popular vote but it was a landslide victory against Carter in the Electoral College. Reagan won 489 Electoral votes to Jimmy Carter's 49. Up until 1-2 weeks ago, I thought Obama would win the Electoral college with at least 300 electoral votes. At this point, I think the electoral college could go either way. Losing the election with majority popular vote has happened 4 times including Al Gore's loss. Romney will win the popular vote. The three scenarios being played out for the electoral college is Obama will win the electoral college barely, Romney will barely win the electoral college or Romney will win the electoral college in a landslide. Obama will not get 300 electoral college votes.
