I don't know Alvin - the first thing I think of is to stop the spending (find the arterial bleed, so to speak and start there) Logically, of course.

When a person has an arterial bleed out - the first course of action is to stop the bleed - not just keep pumping blood into the person before the bleed is stopped.

It truly is common sense to me.
