Puzzled......The congress already has the power to
reduce all federal pensions including the military
retirement and civil service retirement pay. I am
not opposed to an across the board reduction of
10 percent applied to all the above and Social
Security programs. The social security disability program
is due to exhaust their trust fund by 2016. By law,
this program will be able to pay only what is collected
on a annual basis. This will result in about a 25%
reduction in benefits. We definitely have to reduce
the amount being suckled out of the government sow.
This sow is about 40 percent short on the entitlement
milk being fed to the piglets.
And yes, I draw a Social Security check and receive
a military retirement check each month. What are you willing
to give up to save our nation and do your fair share?
