How about this dream. Replace income tax with a national sales tax, everyone pays. No benefits at all for illegals. All politicians retire with only social security benefits and no special medical plans. All laws that bind regular citizens bind the elected elite, without exemption. Reduce pay of government employees to private sector employee levels. Do away with public sector unions. Sunset every federal agency and abolish those no longer absolutely needed. I know this is all a dream. In Washington DC common sense usually is a dream.
