Provides services to consumer with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in their own home or family home. Assists them with hygiene, housekeeping, meal preparation, and other services as needed. Prairie it isnt greedy to not want to support someone else for the rest of their life. When people who have never worked can live off the govt for there whole lives there is something wrong.

Let people opt out and half of these people would opt out instead of paying the measley couple of bucks out of their checks, same reason they dont contribute to their 401ks. Let the, opt out, and go broke. The problem with us being so generous is that there are way too many people who rely on it. Let them go broke- to heck with the people who wont work, or manage their affairs.
