My favorite scam pulled on the board by Mr Perez was
when he was initially hired. He convinced the board
that since he was receiving health care based on his
retirement and had no heed for health care.
they should increase his salary the amount that they
would have paid for his health care. Not realizing
that the taxpayers already paid for his health care
through their income taxes, the board obliged.
Airborne.....I think he was a finance officer...:)
