Gibbs Jr. WCN January 11 at 3:26pm	The Texas Department of Public Safety reported today: "Jimmy Ray McMillan, 42, is now in custody after turning himself into authorities Wednesday in Louisiana. McMillan reportedly found himself without transportation or shelter after a dispute with another individual and contacted the New Orleans Police Department, identifying himself as a wanted sex offender from Texas. McMillan was wanted by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff�s Office for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. His criminal history includes Sexual Assault of a 9-year-old girl. Since no tip was involved in the arrest, no reward will be paid. View his captured bulletin at: http://www.dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/SexOffenderDetails.aspx?id=164."
