Facts:

1. Floresville has already had an accounting error of over 5 million dollars while Andy Joslin has been city manager and caught only because of the persistence of individuals led by Jim Miller.

2. Jesse Perez refused during the last audit to communicate with the auditor providedbasic information then refused to answer emails or phone calls from the auditor afterwards and
a complete audit was not able to be performed of the FEDC.

3. Andy Joslin is responsible for managing city finances along with our finance director.

4. Just before this was brought forward Jesse Perez resigned.

5. A gentlemen named Johnny Rodriguez who was the executive director of the association
of hispanic municipal officials while Daniel Tejada was president of that organization and who
still holds that position attended the next FEDC meeting after Perez's resignation and offered
his services.

Look at the these facts and the new facts that are presented. Decide what you believe and demand your elected officials to do what is right for your town.
