LaLa Land Floresville, TX January 21 at 6:28am	DC: when I mentioned refinancing the event center, I said that because that is what Tejada said they would do. When he was going around saying the city had lots of money, the question was asked and he said we will just refinance. Tejada is also the one that said all the experts told them we had plenty of money. I wonder who those experts were?
