Can you imagine if your neighbor decided to burn leaves next to a field that was dry as a bone and it got out of control. It won't take long to wipe out a sub-division, or a town. Remember Bastrop.

It is not going to get much better (according to the weather predictions this year) Please be careful, or at least ask yourself a question before deciding to burn those leaves, "what would I do if my house was burned to the ground?". Answer: I would have nothing left and insurance and the goverenment will never be able to replace the loss of life or my property! Be Wise
