Chief Noetall Wise, Texas February 6 at 3:33pm	The author bases his assumptions on the current welfare state of America. Take away the majority of the safety net and make it apply to only those who cannot work and I think that filling these jobs would be no problem. No work, no food. The nation of my youth had plenty of migrant workers and they were glad for the chance to earn money. Back then, people traveled to where the jobs were.
