Vision ???? This is so phoney. China started
a clean stove program in 1980 at about the same time
as India. The China program was far more successful
as about 150 million stoves were distributed. India
was far less effective but they have restarted their
program in recent years. To credit Hillary with this
project is just plain hogwash. It was, as usual, just
liberal spin and a jobs program to make the do gooders
feel good and give them jobs along with an excuse to solicit money. Not to forget, an excuse to use more of
our taxes.
