truth exists February 26 at 8:43pm	Didnt the council vote at the Jan 29th meeting to give him 90 days with directives to be completed by the first meeting in may(when he receives his 90 day Evaluation), if my memory serves me right "NOT COMPLETED" then joslin is OUT!!!!! So isnt it fair to give him those 90 days ???? Just Saying
