 		 Truth so now he gets the information he requested? It only took Joslin over a month. Ill explain to you one more time. The info was needed to do final planning and analysis on coming up with solution in which the comittee is suppose to present to council tonight. Mr Miller had mentioned this in several counc meetings before to no avail. I'm just saying if I were Mayor and one of my council members and comittee member request info from the city manager and wasn't getting it, then I would have dealt with Joslin. You can't get all facts and data and expect to come with solutions in a day. The Mayor needs to address these issues seriously and aggressively, especially when it comes to this cities finances. And she and the council need to look at revising the city charter, ASAP. Especially section 3.08. Sounds like if gives a city manager too much power and when you have one with the character off Joslin, that's dangerous. Just like his fail proof contract that he or Tejeda must have written for him. His PR team of Tejeda/Castillo is actually making him look bad
