Delightful Downtown February 28 at 6:07am	In my opinion, there are two possible reasons for the stonewalling. 1. Staff/Manager don't know what they are doing, therefore don't know how to find requested info. (Good indication of this is the fact they were not utilizing the financial software correctly - for how long, who knows!) 2. They are hiding something! We, the taxpaying citizens of Floresville, deserve better!
