The only way our city manager can take the heat off of him for not knowing how to do his job or the lack of what he should be doing is to carry on these character acts on everyone else. Does no one else see that? If he keeps this up, he can say that he was working to help calm the hostile work environment, therefore he could not focus on what he should be doing! What a tool this guy is.

Yes, thank you Mr. Talley for standing up last night and telling them to quit acting like they are in high school and start fixing this. But I see that our city manager doesn't want to fix this because it would out right prove that he and other city staff do not know what in the world they are doing and in fact they are the cause as to why we are $450,000 in the red!!
