Well Airborn if Jim does'nt understand that his recklessness has put the city at risk then it's probable that he isnt capable of holding the office.

Recall him.

He should come here, demonstrate that he's a mature leader capable of accomplishing a task with his colleagues without causing even more damage. He should acknowledge this mistake.

Or he should be recalled. Nobody needs Al Sharpton showboating around, we need leaders.

Apologize. Admit the blunder - or lets talk recall.
