Untrue i never defended Andy Joslin. i pointed out what you acknowledged, that Jim blew this.

You agreed with me. Jim blew it. So where is his transparency? He wants to throw stones at everyone but wont come to his favored bully pulpit to admit that he made a mistake.

As soon as he posted about andy and his peers online, i immediately called out that it was a mistake, poor judgement, and frankly unprofessional - I have actually managed people so this wasnt difficult to see. Jim responded by stubbornly doubling down. There isnt room for ego here. The dude has a chip on his shoulder.

This is the measure of the man. Character matters most. I'd have no beef at all if Jim would just show up and simply admit that he should have handled this different, that he learned something and will try to not let it happen again.
