Mayor Garza,
Sounds like the song "Oh Danny Boy" is the tune you are singing and the people VOTED out that song in the last election!
Did you conveniently "forgoe" the process of consulting your " plea for help" with the City Council? Who. lest you have forgotten, represent the Floresville residents.
I truly do not care that you used your own funds. According to the Floresville City Charter " The mayor shall be recognized as the head of the city government for all *ceremonial purposes* and by the governor for purposes of military law, but shall have NO regular administrative duties". YOU have overstepped, and stepped into more than you can and should handle. When you ask for "help" especially "monetary help" you then become beholding to that individual or entity. Their agenda can become Floresville's because we OWE them. Mayor how dare you give yourself this unwaranted power!
Floresville can and will get their own affairs in order without being obliged to questionable politicians who you have personal ties to. STOP the CORRUPTION !!
