Provides services to consumer with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in their own home or family home. Assists them with hygiene, housekeeping, meal preparation, and other services as needed. Keep in mind that the sequestration was the brain-child of Obama, to be instituted if the Congress did not make spending cuts. Also keep in mind that these "cuts", under sequestration are only reductions in the increase in spending over the prior year. In actual dollars the spending this budget year over last budget year increased. So keeping all those facts in mind, go back and re-read the article, that is if you bothered to read it in the first place. Does it make any sense or does this look like leftist propaganda to you?
