I dont believe that the congressman is insincereer in asking for idea's.

If he is sincere I think that after spending so much time in Washington, he should go first and tell us the things he wants to cut spending on, then we can all chip in our additional ideas. After all this is his job.

That said, it isnt a sincere request, just silly fodder. Sort of insulting really.
