newguy... you don't surround a house when it is being watched...kind of gives it away. This isn't a reality tv show or CSI. Any common sense person knows that if there are ALOT of marked units around the area, something is going on. Did you ever think that there were people around, just not right in front or behind. You know people are very nosey and will come out of their homes and see what is going on. It's called tactics!
Yes, if there is white trash meth labs going on, CLEAN UP YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD--call the police, describe what you see, take down plate numbers, turn those in. Don't be a bystander to the problem, do something about it. The police can't be everywhere all the time.
Retiring, ICE is immigration not DEA!
Not to mention if the police would of been "harrassing" the house and there was nothing you all would be crying invasion of property or some other nonsense stuff.
Police can't win with any of you! Thank them for what they do. If you don't like it, join them, then you will see how hard it is.
