PRAIRIE GROUCH
GRAND PRAIRIE TX

Be Careful.....Excellent job of posturing. Never let a
good crisis go to waste. The Obama administration
and the Democrats used the New Town shootings to
advance their gun control agenda. The Republicans
are using the Benghazi for political gain.
A wise commander never endangers his troops by
sending them on a useless mission. But I guess that,
by your standards, it is proper to waste resources
and human life so you can say that you tried. Thank
god for sane commanders. GOOD MEN DIED, BUT I TRIED.
Sounds like an aspiring Rambo.
You seem to value your so call logical approach in
your comments, yet in your last post you mentioned
Biden being my buddy. Logical ? You, 4th Gen Texan,
and Publicola seem to think that it's okay to attribute
words, labels, and political beliefs to me which are
not true. I guess if you can't convince them with facts,
you try to dazzle them with Bull Crap. As I have stated
in the past, I have voted the republican ticket for
many years.
45 minutes after the assault started, a CIA team
from the annex arrived at the consulate and removed
the body of the information officer. They could not locate the ambassador. Since the surviving agent exited
the consulate shortly after 10PM, it's likely that Smith
and Stevens died during the first 30 minutes of
the assault. To put forward that military intervention
could have prevented is just being plain foolish.
You posture, write glowing words about military
traditions. Just tell me what the hell a F16 would
have done over a flaming consulate. The CIA security
team arrived at the annex before it was attacked.
It should be noted that the annex was defended and
it did not fall into the hands of the terrorists
although two brave men died.
The major damage to the Obama administration and
to the presidential aspirations of Hillary Clinton
will be the cover up.
