Facts only please: I read through the DOJ page on Sec. II of the voting rights act. I didn't see anything that referenced "Distance to a polling place". There is a liberal talking point circulating about "those poor folks who live a long way from a DPS office and may not be able to get their FREE I D". That's a fairly shallow excuse since people who live in such remote areas require a drivers license to drive to the grocery store or the Dr.'s office. Sec. II, on the DOJ page only talked of Minority & Language limits. Perhaps, I need to pull up the actual Voting Rights Act and read it through. Then I'll be pleased to offer only the facts.
