Former FISD Teacher
Floresville
July 1, 2013 4:53pm

As a native of Floresville, and a former FISD teacher, I can say that the school has changed so much over these years. When I tried to fight for the students, I was in constant "trouble". Yes, I was treated unfairly and unjustly, but I can go elsewhere to work. What about the kids? When is it going to be clear that we need to work together for the kids? It comes from the top down, if admin. and teachers aren't happy...it will be picked up on by the students also. They can't choose to leave. I tried to start a change, build morale, but I couldn't do it alone.
