Aflatoxin has a propensity to store in fatty tissue, which includes the brain. It can and does cross the blood brain barrier. Once there it will wreak havoc on brain function and may be a cause of neurological disorders.
But don't take my word for it, there is a ton of information on this toxin. Just google aflatoxin.
