My husband just told me to come look at the photographs and even though I do not feel like it, I am blessed that I did. To know that I have such wonderful friends touches my heart. The doctors said that I have swelling of the spine ( just what I need, I am recovering from a Laminectomy performed at the end of April) and my spine is already in agony, I have a concussion, a burn on my shoulder from the seat belt, bruises on my hand and arm, a sore nose, I guess from the airbag, I am not sure. The doctor told me that I am going to be in for a longer recovery.

I praise God that our precious Grand daughter was not hurt, nor my husband, Don. The baby was hysterical and I feel horrible for her being so scared.

I cannot say enough for the ambulance driver and the assistant. Mary and Randall were OUTSTANDING, as was my care at Connally. You guys rock. I also praise God for my church family that was there in the waiting room with Don. Brother Terry, my Deacon, Darrel Bombei, and always, my Joycey.

Elaine, I love you too friend! and thanks to anyone that was concerned with this accident. These 18 wheelers have to be stopped from terrorizing our roads and highways. When you are out driving, they think they rule, and I am fortunate to still be walking at all.
