How did little ole Karnes County start paying more than Wilson County. I heard they also got a lot of Wilson County employees too. What is the hold up for Wilson County to pay their people? If it is oilfield money, go for it County! The property owners sure are, there is nothing affordable to rent anymore. The roads and highways are used by the oil company vehicles so what's up county? If you ever do get to where you pay as you should, a physical fitness for promotion or raise wouldn't hurt some of the deputies....
