FACTS, well at least you admitted to what we know about leftist. Leftist don't read nothing but the title of the article or book and they go off spewing what their masters tell them too. You guys have an agenda. You are more interested in consolidating power and ruling over the ignorant and poor. Folks like me don’t have an agenda just the pursuit of truth. Knowledge and truth will make you free and freedom is the greatness of America. So, as long as you continue to troll on WCN plan on being called out for the false misrepresentations of data and wordsmithing for gain instead of logical discussion and conclusion.

The article was clear on exemption, waiver, preferential treatment or whatever you call it. Wealthy Federal Employees do not have to meet the same or pay the same standard as equivalent private sector employees. Not that difficult to comprehend if you used your brain instead of being a puppet for the political elitists.
