I beleive they deserve the benifits but considering his acts as an act of war brings into the mix an interesting question. If he commited an act of war does that make him a "prisioner of war" with all that title means. Is a prisioner of war treated differently than a mass murderer in the eyes of the law??? I do not know the answer but I do not believe a "prisioner of war" would be facing the same punishment. ?????
