What a great reminder!
Thank you WCN for featuring the US Constitution in the 411 this week. So refreshing and encouraging. Actually, every day is "Constitution Day" for American citizens.
Because I have lived in a foreign country, have several friends from overseas and helped a few foreign exchange-students find host parents in Wilson County over the years, I am always struck by how appreciative foreigners are for the privilege and honor to be in America and see first-hand, how our government works and how real Americans actually live. We are indeed an incredibly rich and blessed nation

An interesting family-time activity might be to read aloud the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments) and just talk about what each one means and ask the question, "If we lived in Mexico or France or Russia (or any other country), would we have these same rights? What would it be like for our family if we lost even one of these first ten?"

Thank you also for offering the FREE pocket-edition of this wonderful document. You guys are great.
