Squawk Box, ok then.-- Disgusted Taxpayer --, I posted in the article, http://www.wilsoncountynews.com/article.php?id=55047&n=breaking-news-wilson-county-news-invites-reader-comments

Squawk Box, I spoke to the Libertarian State Chair about a plank in the platform protecting and preserving "Constitutionally Protected Property" and he said certainly! However I could tell he had no clue what I was referring too. I can raise the same topic with Neo-Con Teapartiers and Neo-liberals, they will have the exact same response. However when I confirm twice more, Are you sure? They start the, I KNOW! the constitution! and I am 100% against EMINENT DOMAIN! I simply explain it concerns the legal basis for "cause" in the 1st Amendment to " Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances” and nothing whatsoever to do with eminent domain. The response is always the same after the realization they have embarrassed themselves as if they wet their pants. They withdraw yelling, "I KNOW MY RIGHTS!" My response is always the same, "You just demonstrated that you do not."

Squawk specifically my reply to your request on my position lies in the afore mentioned statement. To address the Cooks my reply is "Clean Bill" excellent addition to your talking points pocket handbook. Win 435 elections and you rule the day.

Now for me the Libertarians are second to the issue of Independent Voters. Organizing them both is my goal. They (Independents) have the power the founding fathers bestowed. There is a Libertarian Candidate for Congress I do support. His premier plank is removing Judicial Immunity.
