Sqweeky, (For the sake of informed readers has admitted multiple screen names, at least 3 possibly 6)

I took some time researching I Vote Nation. Texas Ethics Commission shows their Final filing in Texas as of 2002. California laws differ from Texas regarding PACS. While clearly funded by a none profit, they give every appearance of a SPAC.

It is my opinion they dont qualify as Independents in Texas as Independents dont vote in primaries. In 2012 I was the catalyst that caused the filing period for Independents to be extended State wide by the Secretary of State causing a "Jungle Primary" by order of a Federal Judge suspending Texas Election Code. As a result 2 Independents were balloted and 72 applications subnitted 18 of which were opposed and balloted. 20+ vacant offices were filled.

While this group as individuals maybe potential Libertarians that expires at primary participation.

My opinion this is the Democrat Party NEO-Liberal faction directed specifically against the TEA Party. Further it could not operate legally in Texas.
