Really Taylor? Instead of sending prayers your trying to place blame on officers? IF you followed the story, you would know that these criminals came from I-37/Atascosa County and the back-way into our county and did not pass through Floresville as Officer Sanchez was the first officer to see the described vehicle when the notice was put out. When he saw the vehicle, the vehicle moved over, stopped, and these two criminals jumped out of the vehicle and began shooting. Officer Sanchez is VERY lucky to be alive and not be fighting for his life as Officer Deckard is.
So to answer your question, NONE, no officers from any department were sitting in their vehicles and let the car pass by.
