Responsibilities include office and field work associated with the appraisal of all types of properties. Applicants must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain an RPA designation through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We get what we put into it. Everything seems to be great until an educated decision has to be rendered. Then , we wake up and realize ...that we voted for them. Then we have to wipe the egg off our face.
