CASA VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR, FULL-TIME POSITION. Provides professional staff support to CASA volunteers to ensure that abused children’s best interests are represented in court. Social services experience required.  Responsible for assisting with recruiting and initial training of advocates, and coordinating cases in Wilson County and Karnes County with Atascosa County (home office). Must demonstrate written and presentation communication skills. Must be available to work intermittent evenings/weekends with some travel.  Must have personal car, current TDL, and auto liability insurance. Unemployment has been an accepted way of life for a long time. While one has to accept that people should be paid so that they can live while they are unemployed. The fact that they are unemployed is not acceptable. Countries have lost many jobs to China and India because it is cheaper and those economies are getting stronger because they have more workers in employment. America and others economies are getting weaker because they are losing jobs. Politicians have not yet realised that it is spending power generated in the economy that is important rather than GDP. Politicians are responsible for ensuring that people are employed. The Centreline System of government recognises that the major taxpayer in the economy is the consumer when he buys his goods and services and Income Tax and others just add to business expenses and make the country uncompetitive. It is past time that the full implications of the tax systems in use were recognised and the advantages that can be gained by changing to a VAT based system that ensures that imported goods share in the tax burden.
