CTP,Lala,FUWA,I believe your issue is more of a personal bias. The City Manager and Mayor are not voting members of the City Council. So, what did Tejada and Joslin actually do ? As I remember, the Wilson County News reported the financial mess was a result of overspending on professional fees authorized by the council.
