DPS reported the following today:

"Leo Click Jr., 43, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, is now in custody after being arrested on Wednesday in Arkansas. Click was wanted for injury to a child, criminally negligent homicide and parole violation, and his last known address was in Victoria, Texas."

"Information from the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Criminal Investigations Division, Refugio County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force led Arkansas authorities to Click’s location. Click was arrested without incident near Alma, Ark., and the U.S. Marshals Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force and Crawford County (Arkansas) Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest. This arrest was not the result of a tip, and no reward will be paid. For more information, see the captured bulletin at: http://www.dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/fugitiveDetails.aspx?id=226."
