Maybe you can't pave all of the roads. No intelligent person would think that. But any idiot knows that even gravel or dirt roads require some degree of maintenance. Roads of any surface are not things that can be laid and forgotten about; they require a longterm plan to keep them drivable.

It's obvious that Wilson County's Republican party is not united. If the current trend persists, it very well could split. The John Cornyn, John McCain way of doing things is the establishment GOP way. But a new voice is becoming louder, with the real elephants being clearly distinguishable from the RINOs.
