Apathy......I would assume that your
comments about about SS water factoring
in certain elements in the permitting process
would also apply to the subdivision being discussed.
Hence the term Nuff Said. BTW, persons existing
under stark conditions are not always unhappy.
This is especially true when most are at the same
level. This nation has a much cleaner environment
now than in my boyhood so some regulations have
been useful but I the line is crossed when a small
fish takes precedence over the production of food
for humans such as is happening in California.
